Privacy policy
This page explains what personal data we process on b2bforce.ai, why, and what your rights are. Send any questions about your data to contact@b2bforce.ai.
- Effective from 16 October 2026
§1 Data controller
The controller of your personal data is OPENBIT - GRZEGORZ BARTMAN, ul. Stacyjna 1, 53-613 Wrocław, Poland, VAT ID PL7922015953 (the “Controller”, “we”).
For anything related to personal data, write to contact@b2bforce.ai.
§2 Definitions
- Website means the website at www.b2bforce.ai, in its English and Polish versions.
- User means anyone who uses the Website.
- GDPR means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of personal data.
§3 What data we collect and why
Contact form. On the Contact page you give your name and work email, and optionally the package you are interested in and a few words about your firm. We use this to reply to your enquiry, ask questions about your firm and prepare a setup proposal.
When you click “Send”, the form data goes to our HubSpot CRM, where we store it as a contact together with the address of the page the form was sent from. We do not install the HubSpot tracking code or its cookies on the Website.
Email. If you write to us directly, we process the data in your message: your name, email address, company name and whatever you choose to tell us.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in corresponding with firms that ask about our services (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing data is voluntary, but without a name and email address we cannot reply. We do not make automated decisions about Users and do not profile them.
§4 How long we keep data
- We keep correspondence about an enquiry until the conversation ends.
- If we sign a contract, we keep the data for its duration and then until the limitation periods for claims and the retention periods required by tax law expire.
- If no contract follows, we delete the correspondence no later than 12 months after the last message, or sooner if you object.
§5 Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data or share it with other companies for their marketing.
Only the service providers we use can access the data, and only as far as their service requires: our hosting provider (Cloudflare), HubSpot (the CRM where we store enquiries from the form), Google (Google Analytics, only with your consent), our email provider and, once a contract is signed, our accounting office.
Some of these providers, including Cloudflare, HubSpot and Google, are based in the United States. Transfers outside the European Economic Area rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses.
§6 Your rights
Regarding your personal data, you have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy,
- have inaccurate data corrected,
- have your data deleted or its processing restricted,
- receive the data you gave us in a portable format,
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
- lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), or with the supervisory authority in your country.
§7 Cookies and Google Analytics
On your first visit we ask for consent in a banner. Without consent the Website stores no analytics cookies and sends no data to Google Analytics. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.
Necessary. Your choice in the banner is saved in your browser's storage (localStorage) as b2bforce-consent, so we don't ask on every visit. In exceptional cases our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set a technical security cookie. These are needed for the Website to work.
Analytics (only with consent). We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see which pages are visited, where visitors come from and how many people send the contact form. Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* for up to 2 years. We keep data in Google Analytics for 14 months. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are provided by Google Ireland Limited. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw it, we delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
§8 Other technologies
- Google Fonts. Your browser downloads typefaces from Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details.
- Google Tag Manager. The Google Tag Manager script loads on every page, but without your consent it does not start Google Analytics or set cookies.
- No advertising. We do not use advertising pixels, remarketing or social media plugins.
- External links. The Website links to other services, such as GitHub and X. Once you follow such a link, that service's privacy policy applies.
§9 Server logs
Each time you visit the Website, our hosting provider's servers record basic technical information: your IP address, the date and time, the page you requested, and your browser and operating system.
Logs are used to deliver the Website and protect it from attacks. We do not combine them with other data or use them to identify Users. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the Website secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
§10 Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the way the Website works changes, for example when we add a new tool or a different way of sending the form. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date at the top.
