How the guarantee works
Which package does it cover?
Claude Code Team Start, including any extra people you added. Custom implementations have a guarantee per stage, described below.
How do I claim it?
Send one email to contact@b2bforce.ai within 30 days of the kickoff. We refund the setup fee within 14 days and issue a corrective invoice.
Do I have to say why?
No. We'll ask for a 15-minute call about what didn't work, because that helps us improve. The refund doesn't depend on it.
What isn't refunded?
Your Claude subscription. You pay Anthropic for it directly, so it was never part of our price.
What do I keep?
The repo and the configuration. The B2BForce base is MIT-licensed, so you could have taken it without paying in the first place.
Is there a limit?
One guarantee per company (one tax ID).
How does it work for a custom implementation?
Discovery is refunded in full if you don't accept the scope document. Each implementation stage has written acceptance criteria; if a stage doesn't meet them after one round of fixes, we refund that stage.
Why offer this?
