We agree the exact scope in discovery. These are the areas we usually work in.
Every stage has written acceptance criteria, so you know what you're paying for before work starts.
Two or three conversations, by email or video, and a review of your tools and process. You get a written scope with a quote and acceptance criteria. Discovery for a custom implementation costs €490 net and is fully credited toward the implementation.
We build in stages, each with its own acceptance. Half is paid at the start and half on acceptance; larger projects are billed per stage.
You check each stage against its criteria. If it doesn't meet them after one round of fixes, we refund that stage.
A user guide and operations documentation in your repo. If you want us to keep improving it, pick a support package.
When your team uses Claude Code, has ten people or fewer, and doesn't need integrations or new skills yet. Team Start has a fixed price and scope; you can move to custom work later.
Refund for discovery and for stages you don't accept. Discovery is refunded in full if you don't accept the scope document. Each implementation stage is refunded if it misses its acceptance criteria after one round of fixes.
You do. The repo sits in your GitHub, the skills are plain files, and the B2BForce base is MIT.
