- In Support Growth and Support Partner, 50% of unused hours roll over to the next month and the rest expire.
Payment questions
How do we pay for Team Start?
100% upfront, by pro forma invoice or a card payment link. We start within 5 business days of payment.
How is a custom implementation billed?
Discovery first, then the implementation in stages with written acceptance criteria. Half is paid at the start and half on acceptance; larger projects are billed per stage.
Can we add people to Team Start later?
Yes. The package covers 3 people (+€190 per extra person, up to 10). Larger teams go to a custom implementation.
Can we buy a support package without a setup from you?
Support packages follow a Team Start or a custom implementation, because we need to know how your repo is set up. For a few hours of advice on your own setup, ask about one-off hours.
