What's included, and what isn't.

The scope is small on purpose. It looks much the same every time, which is why the price is fixed and the proposal only adjusts headcount and dates.

Included

A consultation before we start. By email or on a video call we agree who will use the system and which tasks it should help with. That's what the proposal and contract template are based on.
Technical work on our side. We clone B2BForce into a private repo on your GitHub, set up team access and the workspace/ structure, and fill in your firm profile and first service, so skills run on your data, not on examples.
Claude Code for 3 people. Install (terminal or the Code tab in the Claude desktop app), sign-in and cloning the repo for each person.
5 team sessions. One every day of the setup week. Hands-on: your team runs skills on real firm tasks, and we show how to use them day to day.
A user guide. A document in your repo: how to run skills, the daily routine, commit rules, and common problems. Built from our template and fitted to your firm.
30 days of email support. Starts after the setup week. Replies within one business day, no limit on usage questions.

How the setup runs.

Six steps from the first email to a team that works on its own. During the setup week you need three people available for a daily session. Everything else is on us.

Contact form

You leave your name and work email. We reply with a few questions about your team, Claude plan and GitHub setup.

Needs consultation

By email or on a video call, whichever you prefer. We agree who will use the system, which tasks it should help with, and where to start.

Proposal and contract template

We send a proposal fitted to your firm: headcount, setup-week dates and scope. A contract template comes with it for you to review.

Setup week

We do the technical work: a repo for your firm, configuration and the Claude Code install. Every day we meet your team and practise on real firm tasks.

Your team works on its own

After five sessions your team knows how to use the system: it runs skills, works on your firm's data and knows where to look in the user guide.

30 days of support

After 7 days the 30-day support period starts. We answer questions by email within one business day.

What you need on your side.

Before we start

A Claude account with Claude Code for each person (Pro or Team). We check your current plan before we start.
A GitHub organization account, or agreement to create one.
Three people available for a daily session over 5 business days.

Price details

€1,490 net, paid 100% upfront.
Team setup: 3 people (+€190 per extra person, up to 10).
Your Claude subscription is paid to Anthropic directly and is not part of the price.

Questions about Team Start

What if the team doesn't use it?

If within 30 days of the kickoff you decide the setup wasn't worth the price, send one email. We'll refund 100% of the setup fee within 14 days. No reason needed. You keep the repo and the configuration. Guarantee terms.

Can we use Cursor or ChatGPT instead?

Not in this package. Team Start covers Claude Code only, which keeps the scope fixed. Other agents are part of a custom implementation.

Do people need to use the terminal?

No. Claude Code also runs in the Code tab of the Claude desktop app. We set up whichever each person prefers.

What happens after the 30 days?

Your repo and setup keep working without us. If you want ongoing help with integrations, new skills, or onboarding new people, pick a support package.
