Shared context
Profile, services, positioning, guardrails, and the proof library every client claim is checked against.
Inside the repo
The repo is not an app. It is a file structure: a workspace/ folder with your firm's context and a set of Agent Skills that read from it and write back to it. The agent works on your files, and the result stays in git.
Every skill reads and writes files in workspace/, so the agent's work stays in the repo as history.
workspace/ maps to what the current repo creates: firm context and a proof library, marketing assets, a sales pipeline from discovery to win-loss, the client accounts you already have, market intelligence, and one measurement loop over all of it. Every skill writes back to repo files, so the work stays in the repo as operational history.
Profile, services, positioning, guardrails, and the proof library every client claim is checked against.
ICPs, personas, content ideas, SEO research, drafts, case studies, service pages, and the third-party surfaces AI engines cite.
Prospecting, discovery briefs, bid qualification, proposals that render to print-ready PDF, and win-loss notes.
Account records, onboarding plans, quarterly reviews, and health checks. This is the cheaper half of growth.
Competitor discovery, snapshots, and change tracking, plus whether AI answer engines name your firm at all.
Baselines, targets, and an append-only scoreboard, so the repo can tell output from outcome.
Generic repos are a pile of prompts. This is a structure with an opinion: folders and skills mapped to how a B2B service firm operates.
Into your repo. The install script creates a new repo with its own git history, not linked to the public B2BForce repo. During the firm interview the agent asks whether the repo will ever be public, and uses the answer to decide whether client proof, proposals and client accounts are committed or go to .gitignore.
Yes. Skills are text files in .agents/skills/, and workspace/ is plain folders. The MIT licence lets you adapt them to your firm without asking us.
The repo is free and installs in a few minutes. If you would rather have it set up, Claude Code Team Start is a repo for your firm, setup for three people, and 30 days of support in 5 business days, for €1,490 net.
