Follow docs/SETUP-PROMPT.md — start the firm interview now.Install in three steps
No account, no subscription. Everything stays on your machine and in your repo.
Run the script
The command creates a my-firm-workspace folder next to your current directory, with a fresh git repo not linked to the public B2BForce repo.
Answer the firm interview
Open the folder in your agent and paste the prompt. The agent asks about your firm, services, clients and competitors, and writes the answers to workspace/firm/.
Add keys if you need them
Copy .env.example to .env and fill in only the API keys the skills you use require.
Before you install
Do I need paid API keys?
Mostly no. You can read the skills and run most workflows without them. Some skills call paid research/scraping tools (Firecrawl, DataForSEO, Exa) and need a key in your local .env. Add only what you need. One exception: tracking whether AI answer engines mention your firm is materially weaker without a key, because it can then only query your current agent session instead of several engines.
Which agents does it work with?
Any agent that supports the Agent Skills spec: Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf. Claude Code reads .claude/skills/, symlinked to the same .agents/skills/ folder.
Can I contribute?
Yes. MIT-licensed and public. Open an issue, send a pull request, or fork it and change whatever you want.
